Capture on site
The supervisor scans the QR poster at the site, ticks the crew and takes one photo. It works in a basement with no signal and syncs later.

Client signs off
Your client gets a link. No account, no password. They see the shifts, the crew, the hours and the photo, then approve or dispute with a reason.
Approvals are timestamped and can't be quietly edited.

The invoice is already done
Approved hours become per-site invoice lines using your rate card: overtime, Sundays and public holidays included. PDF and CSV for your bookkeeper.
Only approved hours are billed, by default.
What changes
You stop paying for hours you can't prove.
Most companies already know roughly what they lose. The problem is that proving it costs more than the loss: a photo in a WhatsApp group, a register in a file, a bookkeeper re-typing at month end.

We set up one real client site with you on a 30-minute call. You capture shifts for a month, your client approves from their phone, and we run the invoice against last month's manual one.
If it doesn't surface at least R1,500 of unbilled or disputed hours in the first month, the second month is free.

We already use a patrol or guard monitoring system.
Those systems prove patrols happened. SiteProof proves attendance and turns it into the client invoice. If your current system already builds invoices from client-approved hours, you probably don't need us.
Our clients won't approve from a link.
They already approve by email or by signing a register. This is the same thing with the hours and a photo attached. If a client refuses, you can still invoice, and the missing approval is logged as an exception rather than lost.
Will supervisors use it?
It's one scan and a tick list, and it works with no signal. If they can send a WhatsApp photo, they can do this. We do the first week with you on the phone.
Does it do payroll?
No, on purpose. It exports the hours your payroll already uses. Payroll software that gets someone's wages wrong is a liability we're not taking on.
What do you do with our data?
It stays yours. POPIA-compliant handling, staff ID numbers encrypted, data export in CSV on request, and a data processing agreement with every customer.
